As you drive by the Agricultural Center in Mill Spring, your gaze will immediately be drawn to Ishmael Lord’s massive “Spread Love” mural on the south side of the building. This vibrant artwork features Lil’ Herc, a beloved horse who serves as the building's colorful mascot. Lil' Herc is known for befriending and assisting a young girl with disabilities.
